She brings a client-focused approach managing each project from initial scoping to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication at every stage.
Known for her analytical depth and collaborative style, Michele serves as the bridge between technical analysis and client outcomes. She guides management teams, boards, and shareholders through valuation processes with professionalism and efficiency, translating complex analyses into straightforward conclusions.
Before co-founding OneTriad, Michele held valuation and corporate development roles within large global organizations such as Starbucks and public accounting firms including Grant Thornton, supporting transactions, corporate development, financial reporting, and tax planning. Her background spans diverse industries and international markets, providing a versatile perspective on value and strategy. Michele earned her MBA from Seattle University and her bachelor’s degree in International Business from Pepperdine University.
